Rechtien Consult founder, Thomas Rechtien is a leadership strategist and business operating system coach with more than 25 years of experience. He’s helped guide countless companies through pivotal moments of change. He’s spent his career helping organizations move from operational complexity to structured, scalable growth through leadership alignment and disciplined execution.

His story begins in his grandfather’s carpentry shop in Germany, where he learned the value of hard work, precision, and practical systems that support people, not control them.

Those lessons carried him through a global career in steel and manufacturing, where he led turnarounds, scaled international operations, and served as CEO of a $150M enterprise.

Today, Thomas brings that people-first, results-driven approach to leadership teams across industries. He blends deep operational expertise with proven coaching methods to help companies align leadership and sales, accelerate post-acquisition integration, and build systems that unlock clarity, accountability, and long-term growth.
