A seat on your accountability team. Most consultants hand you a deck, talk about it a little, and leave. The plan looks good on paper. Then the plan meets Monday morning, and nobody is there for that part. An execution partnership works the other way. If you are the only person who can see every room at once, you aren't leading the business. You're holding it together. So we work on the leadership team's priorities and the operation that delivers them together, in one rhythm. Where sales is part of what's stuck, that comes into the same rhythm: clear scoreboards and sales leaders who coach their people. ## Why an operator Thomas spent 20+ years in industrial businesses, including as CEO of a $150M+ enterprise. P&L responsibility, payroll that had to clear.
