How we help owners stop being the bottleneck
You built a good business. Somewhere along the way it started running on you, and now it can only grow as far as you can carry it.
That is the problem we work on, with owner-led manufacturing, construction and industrial businesses. Not with a binder of rules, and not with a report you read once. We work with your leadership team, on the real decisions, at a rhythm that fits your business, until your team can run it without you in the middle and without us in the room.
Three ways in
Operations & Scaling
When the business can't run without you. Bottlenecks, decisions that all come back to your desk, handoffs that don't stick.
Executive Leadership & Accountability
When your leadership team agrees in the meeting and nothing changes after it. Clear roles, clear decisions, and follow-through that doesn't depend on you chasing it.
Execution Partnership
When you want more than advice: someone who has run a business, holding you and your leadership team to execution from outside the org chart. Leadership and operations pulling in the same direction.
Most owners start with the one that hurts most. In practice the three overlap, and the work moves between them as the business changes.
How it works
The rhythm
We agree on the rhythm together with you and your leadership team, based on what your business needs, and the sessions run on video. Decisions don't die in the meeting. They die in the weeks after it, while everyone is busy. A short loop catches what was committed before it goes cold. Between sessions your team does the work they signed up for.
In person when it makes sense
The work starts with a first conversation about what is actually stuck and what the scope should be. Then you get a proposal. We meet in person when it makes sense, before and during the work. The rest runs on video, which is why it works for owners across the US and in Germany.
What you commit to
Being in the room, with the decisions that actually matter on the table.
What we commit to
Holding you accountable, and then building a leadership team that does the same. Nobody inside your company can hold the owner accountable; that has to come from outside. That is the part we bring.
What the first two years look like
| When | What changes |
| First 90 days | Quick wins you can see: a weekly meeting that ends with commitments, the first processes written down, one number that was drifting brought back under control. |
| Months 3–6 | The foundation: who owns what, the few numbers the team runs on, decisions moving off your desk. |
| Months 6–18 | The harder part: values the team actually uses, leaders who lead instead of waiting, the structure that lets you step back. |
| By year two | A team that runs the business without everything going through you. |
Does it ever end?
Yes. It is meant to. The measure is not how long we stay; it is whether it still holds after we go. When your team can run it all without us in the room, the engagement is done.
The first three months are a fixed commitment, so the work has time to take hold. After that, either side can end it with 30 days' notice. You stay because it is working. More answers on the FAQ page.
Who it is not for
Owners who want to be told they are right, or who aren't ready to change how they run things. The work asks something of you. If now isn't the time, that is fine. Better to know in the first conversation.
