Two tools owners of manufacturing, construction and industrial businesses can put to work this week, with or without us. No form and no email list. Download it, print it, use it.

The Owner Ceiling Check

Twenty statements. Circle a number. Five minutes, by hand.

It looks at four things: how much still runs through you, who else can carry real weight, whether the work repeats without heroics, and whether you know the number before it happens. The lowest section is where the ceiling is.

Answer for how things actually are this month. A flattering score is a wasted five minutes. If you want a second pair of eyes on it, send a photo of the page back and we take twenty minutes to read it together. No pitch.

The Weekly Accountability Meeting

The weekly meeting that gets you out of the bottleneck.

You step out for a day, and things slow down. Bids don't go out. Decisions get delayed. The crew starts waiting instead of moving. So you step back in, and the cycle repeats. That's not a people problem. It's a structure problem.

This is not another meeting template, a status update or a check-in. It is a weekly accountability meeting, built to do three things: make commitments visible, force real decisions, and shift ownership off the owner.

  • A 90-minute agenda your team can run every week
  • Clear structure for scoreboard, commitments and issues
  • A way to track what actually gets done, and what doesn't

The first couple of meetings will feel clunky. That's normal. Most teams need 4 to 6 weeks before it clicks. Don't skip the meeting, and don't take back control when it gets uncomfortable. That discomfort is the work.

When a tool is not enough

The meeting is the beginning, not the solution. It gives you rhythm and shows you where things are breaking down. If you want a business that doesn't depend on you for every decision, start with a conversation here.
