Thomas Rechtien
Thomas Rechtien is the founder of Rechtien Consult, a coaching and execution partnership for owner-led manufacturing, construction and industrial businesses. He works as part of the owner's accountability team, from outside the org chart, not as a consultant who delivers a deck and disappears. His work follows the From Stuck to Scaling approach of Clarity, Alignment, Focus and Momentum, so the business runs without everything going through the owner. Before founding Rechtien Consult, Thomas spent more than 20 years in banking, steel and industrial operations in the U.S. and Europe, including as CEO of a $150M+ industrial enterprise. He has led turnarounds, scaled international operations and built high-performing sales organizations. He owns businesses of his own and has exited one. It all started in his grandfather's carpentry shop in Germany. Based in Houston, Texas, Thomas works with owners across the U.S. and Germany.
